Actrius joves en l’entorn laboral: una anàlisi de les desigualtats de gènere i poder en el sector teatral italià

Des que es va alçar la prohibició de la participació de les dones en les obres de teatre, a mitjan segle xvii a Anglaterra, fins a l’impacte comunicatiu de la campanya #MeToo, la presència de les actrius en l’escenari sempre ha servit per a qüestionar i reduir profundament les normes socials relacionades amb el gènere i l’espai cultural. Utilitzant una metodologia qualitativa, aquest article analitza les experiències de treball de joves actrius en el sector de les arts escèniques italianes, considerant aspectes estètics i emocionals relacionats amb el treball teatral. L’entorn ocupacional, descrit a través de conjunts de dades i enquestes específiques del sector, sembla estar caracteritzat per marcades asimetries de poder en termes d’edat i gènere que, al seu torn, estan incrustades en les experiències laborals quotidianes, corporals i emocionals de les joves actrius
